Practica artistică a lui Andrei Răzvan Neciu se încadrează în arealul graficii tradiționale și al noilor mijloace de exprimare artistică. Prin punerea în dialog a acestor medii, el realizează o punte de legătură între gravura ca mediu consacrat și experiment.
Proiectele ce vor putea fi văzute în cadrul bienalei sunt seriile „Satire” și „Customs Brigade” dar și alte lucrări din proiecte conexe demarate de acesta. Subiectele pe care le abordează în cadrul acestor proiecte se plasează în topica socială, abordând aspecte din psihologia socială și obiectele sale de studiu.

At the Debut section of the Blue Biennale 2023, we opened the graphic exhibition of the young artist Andrei Răzvan Neciu, "Between you, me and us and me", in the opening of the Biennale, on Sunday, October 1, at 13.00, at Galeria9.
His artistic practice falls within the area of traditional graphics and new means of artistic expression. By putting these media into dialogue, he bridges the gap between engraving as an established medium and experiment.
The projects that can be seen at the biennial are the series "Satire" and "Customs Brigade", but also other works from related projects started by him. The topics he addresses in these projects are placed in the social theme, addressing aspects of social psychology and its objects of study.
Blue Biennale INTERNATIONAL VISUAL ART BIENNALE BRAȘOV 2023 - OXYMORON, the 3rd edition, is a project of the Artessentia Cultural Association, financed by the Brașov County Council and co-financed by the Municipality of Brașov.
